MsP seeks to encourage and support missionaries who are:

  • Born again, obeyed the LORD in the Waters of Baptism and are in fellowship with an Assembly of the LORD's people (commonly referred to as
    "brethren")
  • Burdened with the salvation of the ‘Lost’
  • Maintaining a good Christian testimony both inside and outside their Assemblies and mission fields
  • Commended or awaiting commendation by Assemblies of the LORD’s People (commonly referred to as "brethren")
  • Serving the LORD in North India, Bhutan, Nepal or Kenya in Africa
  • Not recipient of  support from  more than one other missionary funding agency
  • Unable to support themselves nor by their commended Assembly, due to their economic backwardness
  • Convinced that, with financial support, they could be more effective and focused on their mission with minimum distraction

Selection Process

[MsP]-supported missionaries are identified and selected to receive support by Christian leaders/pioneer evangelists who live and work in the area and
who strongly felt the need for regular support to these missionaries, as neither they, nor their commended/planted assemblies, were able to meet their
full needs due to their economic backwardness. [MsP] believes that regular support to these missionaries can make them more effective and focused in
their mission with minimum distraction.

Accountability

Although the supported missionaries are accountable to God for the support they receive and are free to carry out their work as the Lord leads them,
[MsP], in faithful stewardship, seeks to receive reports about  mission fields to see that the support is faithfully invested in the Lord's work.

Interaction

Supported Missionaries are encouraged to keep in contact with the Support Partners regularly regarding their work in the mission fields.  The
approach is to meet the spiritual, emotional and financial needs of missionaries through a close, personal interaction between themselves.  This
relationship is beneficial to the Support Partners, for they are able to
know and personally relate to the missionaries [rather than a faceless missionary
or to a l
ist of unknown or infrequently seen or heard missionary or organization] whom they are supporting and therefore feel a vital part of the field
ministry.

This is also beneficial to the missionaries, for they know there is a
living Brother or an Assembly of the LORD’s people behind them in praying and
caring for them as individuals.
